The aim of the project is to positivly change horticultural practice to prevent the spread of non-native and invasive plant species. Withnin the project will be created a list of non-native ivasive platn species and simultaneously will be proposed their "safe" alternatives that can replace them. These alternatives will be further cultivated and spread at the expense of invasive species. The project is inspired by successful initiatives from Great Britain (Be plant wise) and Australia (Grow me instead) and try to set up these aproaches in Czech Republic. Part of the project is campaign aimed at the professional and public increasing awarness to this topic.
